Stocking the Larder
Filling my Cupboards on a Budget
Monday, April 13, 2009
For Easter this year, we had a Greek themed dinner. We doubled the number of people we were having to dinner at the last minute, so we had to add some extra meat to the lamb we had planned.
Our Easter Menu:
Roast Lamb, Greek style (with lots of garlic)
Pork Souvlaki, cooked on the BBQ
Greek style rice pilaf
Roasted Greek potatoes
Homemade pita bread
The meal was a great success!
