Easter Meal

For Easter this year, we had a Greek themed dinner. We doubled the number of people we were having to dinner at the last minute, so we had to add some extra meat to the lamb we had planned.

Our Easter Menu:

• Roast Lamb, Greek style (with lots of garlic)
  
• Pork Souvlaki, cooked on the BBQ
• Greek style rice pilaf
• Roasted Greek potatoes
• Greek Salad
• Homemade pita bread
  
• Carrots
• Peas
• Homemade Baklava

The meal was a great success!
