Are lamb chops easy to come by in your area? I really have to look to find them around here (South Carolina). I've been trying to decide if it's a regional thing or if maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place.
ReplyDeleteYour menu looks great.
Actually it is unique to my family. We buy most of our meat in bulk once a year from a local farmer. That includes half a lamb, which includes a big box of lamb chops. Lamb chops are nice on the BBQ, and with the nice weather, we are itching to cook outside!
